Wilson and Stovall combine for 24 as Northern beats UGF

Northern (12-9, 3-4) led just 30-26 at halftime, but forced 15 second-half turnovers while outscoring the Argos 42-25 in the second half. UGF (4-19, 1-5) made just 7-of-24 field goals in the second half.
Jordan Matthews added 11 points and seven steals for the Lights.
James Edwards and J.P. Geniesse led Great Falls with 10 points each.
Westminster 80, Montana-Western 68
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Nick Buroker scored 21 points Saturday to lead No. 25 Westminster in an 80-68 victory over No. 18 Montana-Western. Buroker was 5-of-8 from the 3-point line and grabbed seven rebounds. Jared Ruiz recorded 14 points to lead three other players in double figures as the Griffins (16-7, 6-1 Frontier) finished the game with 44 percent shooting from the field.
Montana-Western (15-8, 4-3) ended the first half trailing 38-34 after 42 percent shooting that barely improved to 44 percent before the final buzzer.
Bo Segeberg turned in 27 points and eight rebounds for the Bulldogs. Matt Luedtke added 16 points.
MSU-N women 72, UGF 53
HAVRE— MSU-Northern played well offensively, holding off The University of Great Falls, 72-53.
The Lights' Jessi Reome and Camille Gardner led their team with 15 points, while teammate Michele VanDyke followed closely with 14 on the night.
Kim Freeman put up 16 points to lead the Argos, but could not rally her team.
UM-Western 74, Western 61
SALT LAKE— A good night on offense helped UM- Western past Westminister College last night. The Bulldogs edging Westminister 74-61.
Western's Katherine Sunwall had a productive night, hitting 25 points with six rebounds.
Jill Feller had 14 points, while teammate Megan Schmitz chipped in 13 to help the Bulldogs.
Westminister's Emily Johnson hit 24 points, while Lindsey Huffman and Shalee Fackrell both had 12.
