The Helena Regional Airport Authority recently appointed executive officers for the airport’s fiscal year.
Daniel Ellison, a retired U.S. Navy helicopter pilot, will serve as authority chair. Mark Eichler, pharmacy program manager at Mountain Pacific Quality Health Foundation, is vice chairman. Phil Johnson, president of First Interstate Bank, was appointed secretary.
Andy O’Neill, president of Valley Bank of Helena, was elected secretary/ treasurer of the Montana Bankers Association. He will serve one year as a policy maker for the banking community. O’Neill is a Carroll College graduate and has been employed in the banking industry for more than 30 years.
Mike Mundt, senior vice president and chief lending officer at American Federal Savings Bank, was elected to the board of directors of the Montana Bankers Association. He will serve a two-year term representing the Southwestern Region. Mundt began his banking career in 1974 and has been with American Federal since 1988 and in his current position since 1994.
Kelly Campeau of Pillar to Post Home Inspections recently passed the benchmark number of 1,000 homes inspected. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Helena recently announced several new employees.
Cindy Jensen is the new chief executive officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Helena. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of social work, most recently as director of mental health services for Lincoln County, where she also had her own private practice. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work, both from Eastern Washington University, along with several professional designations. She can be reached at 442-7479.
Dan Ingram is the new director of development. He spent the past year as an account executive with Bresnan Communications, and was previously an athletic development officer at the University of Montana and Idaho State University. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University and a master’s from Idaho State.
Tiffany Roman is the new school-based case manager. She has more than five years of experience working with volunteers and youth and recently spent two years as an Americorps VISTA with the Prevention Resource Center.
Brad Koster recently joined Big Brothers Big Sisters as an Americorps VISTA. He will evaluate the agency’s procedures to improve efficiency and efficacy, and will also help with case management. He graduated from Butler University in May.
Good Works
St. Peter’s Hospital was recently awarded a $200,000 challenge grant by the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust in support of the Critical Care Campaign, a capital campaign in support of the hospital’s ongoing expansion. The terms of the grant require that the hospital raise an additional $400,000 toward the campaign’s goal of $3 million in order to secure the $200,000. The grant brings the total pledged to the Critical Care Campaign to $2.4 million.
