Secretary of state posts schedule online
By The Associated Press - 09/25/07
On Friday, Johnson released archives of his scheduling information dating back to January. He also pledged to post his schedule online and called on other statewide elected officials to do the same.
Johnson’s online schedule went live Monday on the Secretary of State’s Web site. Spokesman Bowen Greenwood says it follows the model established by the members of Montana’s congressional delegation.
Johnson says he wanted to make his schedule available to the public because he’s ‘‘always been a firm believer in open government.’’
