Heidi Snyder has been a manager and a counselor with The Diet Solution for over 12 years. Heidi started The Diet Solution and Total Body Racquetball and Fitness Center in Lewistown, MT in 1994. In 1998, Total Body and The Diet Solution won entrepreneur of the year for Lewistown and entrepreneur of the year for the state of Montana. In 1999, Heidi was flown to Washington, D.C. and received a national award for her businesses. In 2003, Heidi brought The Diet Solution to Townsend, MT and in 2006 extended the clientele and brought an office to Helena.

While in Lewistown, Heidi worked directly with doctors whose patients not only needed to lose weight, but had health concerns such as cholesterol problems, blood pressure issues, diabetes and many more. Heidi recalls several clients whose cholesterol has dropped over 100 points without medication, just simply doing The Diet Solution. One diabetic patient, who was insulin dependent, and after losing weight with The Diet Solution, went to oral medication. The health benefits are a huge reason why The Diet Solution is so successful.

Another reason The Diet Solution is so successful is because of the one on one counseling each client receives from Heidi and the accountability she provides. The Diet Solution is individual and confidential. The program is designed to teach each client how to lose weight by EATING REAL FOOD. There are no pre-packaged foods. It is learning how to eat the right way and reading labels. Clients are taught to look at numbers beyond the scale; such as their body fat decreasing and inches lost.

Heidi Snyder has a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition, is an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer and Aerobic Instructor, and graduated from Carroll College with Elementary and Health and Physical Education Degrees.
