-- No. It is too impersonal.
-- Voting by mail creates a greater opportunity for voter fraud. Voters should be required to show a picture ID when they vote to ensure you are whom you claim to be before being allowed to cast a vote. During the 2004 governor’s race in Washington state, Seattle/King County had 5,000 more ballots cast than they had registered voters. We don’t need that kind of voter fraud.

-- I think voting by mail (absentee) is a good option for people. However, I prefer having a place to go to cast my vote. It’s not an inconvenience, it’s an American tradition to get out and vote. -- You bet! Voting by mail is so much easier than having to stand in line to get into a voting booth. And it is obvious that mail voting improves turnout, which has to be a good thing.
