Following is a list of upcoming programs.
Wednesday, Jan. 9, 6-7 p.m.: “Self-Treatment Techniques for the Spine” by Anna Nash and Christine Wike
Saturday, Jan. 12, 10-11:30 a.m.: “Eating Outside w/ the Real Food Market & Deli”
This class will show how to make tea and medicine from wild ingredients, discuss where we might find them and how to properly identify and appreciate them. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 7 p.m.: BOOK CLUB: Discuss local author Jim Robbins’ newest book “The Open-Focus Brain.”
Wednesday, Jan. 16, 6-8 p.m.: “The Art & Science of Mind-Body Health” by Patrick Marsolek and Will Michaels.
Clinical hypnotherapists will present an experiential class covering current research in Mind-Body Therapies.
Saturday, Jan. 19, 10-11:30 a.m.: “Eating Organic, Eating Healthy with The Real Food Market & Deli.”
This class will explore the basics of organic food and why we should all strive to “eat a rainbow.”
Wednesday, Jan. 23, 6-8 p.m.: “Gravity is Healer” by Lisa Fairman.
In this workshop, explore basic tenets of Rolfing — a technique of deep muscular manipulation and massage — and our relationship with gravity through hands-on, experiential activity.
