Schweitzer, PSC candidate Gail Gutsche make filings official

Schweitzer, a Democrat, and Bohlinger, a Republican, filed to run on the Democratic ticket for governor and lieutenant governor. Both were first elected in 2004.
Republican Roy Brown, a state senator from Billings, and is running against Schweitzer. His running mate is Bozeman businessman Steve Daines.
Libertarian candidate Stan Jones said Tuesday he also plans to run for governor.
In the race for Public Service Commission District 4, Democrat Gail Gutsche of Missoula also paid her filing fee Tuesday, at $812.99.
Gutsche is running against Commissioner Doug Mood, R-Seeley Lake. District 4 includes seven western Montana counties. The five-member PSC regulates public utilities in Montana.
