Palin a slap in the face
By Bonnie Steel, 3610 Lilly Lane - 09/08/08
It really says what John McCain thinks of women. We are nice and pretty but not to be taken seriously. It makes me angry when commentators stated she was the Republican answer to Hilary supporters.
The women I know are worried about the economy, war, health care and education. They know that gays, guns and abortion are issues to divide people but are better left to religious institutions and the courts to decide.
As a disgruntled Hilary supporter my decision is made. I am voting for Obama and Biden.

Check this out, from a news story elsewhere on the net;
[Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a prominent Hillary Clinton supporter and member of the Democratic National Committees Platform Committee, will endorse John McCain for president on Wednesday, her spokesman tells CNN.]
She is but one big name Hillary supporter who is defecting to McCain. Right after the democrat primaries were completed, roughly 20 percent of democrat women stated they will not vote for obama. "

I'm curious how you have arrived at the conclusion that Obama is the candidate of DNC "elitists"? It is Hillary who was the child of privilege growing up, who has been part of DC culture for 16 years, and who was the anointed candidate of party insiders. Obama is a self-made man who mounted an insurgent, populist campaign that threw Hillary and the DNC for a loop. If you want real change for the better and not just lip-service, Obama is the best choice. "

If you find Governor Palin to be a slap in your face, just do what Hillary's husband once suggested - put some ice on it. "

Just say NO to B.O. B.O. stinks.
Throughout his primary he was condescending towards Hillary and marginalized every popular vote and pledged delegate that she earned. Now he needs her help, so she comes a useful idiot to serve his ego-centric needs. Once that purpose is filled, she will be relegated back to her position of insignificancy in the OBAMA playbook. "

John McCain as a liberal Republican has not had a great rapport with the conservative base of the Party and with Conservative Independents among the Constitution, Libertarian and other affiliations.
Governor Palen gives the rest of the country a choice. Instead of 2 radical liberals, and a moderate liberal, we now have a conservative to vote for.
Governor Palen is an exceptional choice to lead conservatives and will give a voice to a huge segment of the population that loves their children, do not feel religion is a dirty word, and want to protect the rights guarenteed in the Constitution.
For Conservatives, we finally have a horse to bet on in this race. If Hillary supporters want to vote obama, that is their problem. They were not voting for the Republican ticket anyway.
I am voting for Governor Palen, and her running mate. "

What exactly are Hillary credentials for experience, being the first lady with a husband who chases "other" women around the hallowed halls of the White House with his trousers down around his ankles? "

In exit polls during the democrat primaries, black voters were asked why they were voting for obama. Approx 90 percent stated they were voting for obama because he is "black". "
