This letter is to say a big thank you to Dr. Deb Kontny and her husband, Dave, for going above and beyond for our family.

My oldest daughter, Melissa, was babysitting our little girls, ages 4 and 7, while my husband and I were in California for the weekend. While we were gone, Melissa went to the ER with abdominal pain and discovered she had appendicitis.

She was worried about who would watch her little sisters when she had surgery. Dr. Kontny was called in to perform the emergency appendectomy for Melissa. Dr. Kontny volunteered her husband, Dave, who took our little girls to their house and kept them overnight. We so appreciate all the Kontny’s did and the great care all our girls received!
