Eliza Wiley IR photo editor - Family nurse practitioner Danielle Redfield recently joined the staff at Boulder Medical Clinic. Pictured Redfield talks about the next day’s schedule with Boulder Medical Clinic employee Michelle LeTexier at the end of a shift.
A Helena native, Redfield said she first visited the Boulder Clinic with her class, while studying to become a nurse practitioner.
“I’ve really enjoyed my time here,” she said during a recent phone interview. “I am really looking forward to working with the community of Boulder.”
Redfield, who lives in Clancy with her husband Jason, previously served as a nurse practitioner at the outpatient clinic at Fort Harrison Veteran’s Administration Hospital and also as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit.
She’s also been a family nurse practitioner at Helena Urgent Care and the Family Medical Clinic in Townsend.
Redfield earned a master’s degree in nursing from Gonzaga University in Spokane in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Montana State University in 2001. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For appointments call 225-4201. A physician from the Family Health Clinic at St. Peter’s Hospital visits the clinic three days a week.
