Names and Faces

Crystal Nance has been named president and chief executive officer of Trico Community Federal Credit Union. She was most recently vice president of operations for the credit union and brings a decade of experience in the financial industry, including nine years at credit unions.

Summer Hood has joined the marketing department of the Independent Record as an advertising consultant. She will focus primarily on the Internet presence of the IR. She holds a bachelor's degree in history from Meredith College.

Tom Zebrun-Gero has been named classified advertising manager at the Independent Record. He will continue as Adit advertising manager and commercial printing sales coordinator. Changes

SMA Architects of Helena recently announced several changes.

John D. McKittrick recently became a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the United States Green Building Council. He hold's bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Montana State University.

Brian Piippo recently joined the firm after practicing in Washington state for nine years. He holds a bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from the University of Idaho and is a member of the NCARB licensed to practice in Washington and Montana.

Jason M. Davis recently completed the Montana Board of Architects requirements for professional licensure in the state of Montana. He has been with the firm for five years and holds a bachelor's degree in environmental design and a master's degree in architecture, both from Montana State University.
