Debbie Bartlett has joined American Federal Savings Bank as mortgage loan officer in the Prospect office. She has 18 years of mortgage lending experience in the Helena area.
Melody Hurley has joined the Independent Record as a real estate and retail advertising consultant. She comes to Helena from Oregon, where she was a licensed real estate broker.
Adrian Largent has joined Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson as a CADD technician. He holds a bachelor's degree in design drafting from Montana State University-Northern.
Beth Watson of Jensen Jewelers has completed the firm's 11-week Certified Professional Jeweler program.

The board of directors of Mountain-Pacific Quality Health met July 24 and 25 in Helena. Twenty-two members from Hawaii, Alaska, Wyoming and Montana attended the meeting. Speakers included Jack McMahon, corporate medical director; Janice Connors, CEO; Sara Medley, COO; Barb Flynn, compliance officer; board member Betty Beverly; and Jim Ahrens.
