Robert Peccia and Associates recently announced a series of staff changes.

Scott Randall has joined the firm's Traffic and Transportation Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Montana State University and is currently working on the Bozeman Transportation Plan Update and the Whitefish Transportation Corridor Study.

Patricia Harrington is the firm's new administrative assistant I. She was previously in the catering and food service industry and has a background as a medical billing specialist. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from Montana Tech in Butte.

Erik Ulmer passed the Principles and Practices of Land Surveying examination and is now a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Montana. He holds bachlor's degrees in land surveying and civil engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology and has been with the firm since 2003.

John Piccone passed the Principles and Practices of Engineering examination and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Montana. He has been with the firm since 2004 and works in RPA's Site Development Division. He holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Montana State University and was promoted to project engineer.

Keith Carparelli, chief marketing officer for Bank of the Rockies, was recently awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional designation by the Institute of Certified Bankers, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association. Carparelli has been with the bank for just over a year.

Lisa O'Neill, hair stylist at Sugar Salon, recently completes a Bumble and Bumble Design Workshop in New York, an advanced class that emphasizes razor techniques and the latest trends in haircutting.
