Nick Milodragovich has joined the Water/Wastewater Department of Morrison-Maierle as an engineer intern. He is a recent graduate of Carroll College with a degree in civil engineering and has intern experience in several aspects of the profession.

Michelle Henes has joined the Helena office of Payne Financial Group, where she will work as a commercial lines service account manager. She holds a bachelor's degree in business marketing from Montana State University.

Carol Kinglsey and John Ribic, cardiologists, are joining the St. Peter's Cardiology Clinic in the Maria Dean Medical Office Building next to the hospital. The doctors, who are husband and wife, moved from Ohio.

Kinglsey most recently worked in private practice at Interventional and Adult Cardiology Cardiovascular Associates in Lima. She earned her doctor of osteopathy degree at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ribic worked at Cardiovascular Associates in Lima, and previously for Cardiology Consultants of Southwest Ohio in Dayton. He is Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology and an American College of Cardiology Fellow, and is a graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri.

Robert Peccia and Associates recently announced several staff changes.

Rick Donaldson, manager of the Airports Division, was recently elected vice president of business management and development. He has been with the firm since 1992.

Lance Bowser passed the Principles and Practices of Engineering Exam and is now a regsitered Professional Engineer. He was also promoted from project designer to project engineer.

Mike Johnson passed the Principles and Practices of Engineering Exam and is now a registered Professional Engineer. He was also promoted from project designer to project engineer. Johnson has been with the firm since 2004.

Thomas E. Stark, manager of the Surveying Division, recently passed the Certified Federal Surveyor exam administered by the Bureau of Land Management and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. He has been with the firm since 2000 and is a registered land surveyor in Montana and Idaho.

Michael Grove, president of Bank of the Rockies, was appointed to the Bancserv board of directors by the Montana Bankers Association. He is a member of the Montana Statewide Workforce Investment Board and most recently served as immediate past chairman of the Montana Bankers Association.

J. Andrew O'Neill, president of Valley Bank of Helena, was elected vice chairman of the Montana Bankers Association. O'Neill has been in the banking industry for more than 30 years and was most recently secretary /treasurer of the association.

Pete Johnson, president and CEO of American Federal Savings Bank, and Patty Nelson, a CPA at Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co., were recently appointed new members of the St. Peter's Hospital board of directors.

Also, Tom Harlen, an attorney with Harlen, Chronister, Parish & Larson, was appointed vice chair; Kate McIvor, executive director of the Cooperative Health Center, as secretary; and Don Laine, manager of the Helena office of the Helena office of Anderson ZurMuehlen & Co., as treasurer. Jack McMahon, an obstetrician/gynecologist at Helena OB/GYN Associates, is the new chief of staff. Tom Wiener, medical oncologist at St. Peter's Cancer Treatment Center, is the new chief of staff elect. Rick Hays remains as chairman of the board.

Greg Bahny, Charlotte Robertson, Kathy Sutton, Robin Hall, Tina Holmes, and Brittany McCullough have all become partners in ERA Bill Bahny & Associates Real Estate.
