Names and Faces

John Solheim, president and chief executive officer of St. Peter's Hospital, was recently awarded the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) 2009 Regents Award for his leadership in healthcare. He also received Distinguished Service Recognition for his commitment to the healthcare management profession. Solheim has been president and CEO of St. Peter's since 2000 and an ACHE Regent since 2003.

Two Helena area dental hygienists were elected president and president-elect of the Montana Dental Hygienists Association at the group's annual session last month in Missoula.

Lisa Wordal was installed as the association's president for 2009-10. She graduated from dental hygiene school in 1993 at Shoreline Community College in Washington. She is employed by South Hills Dental and dentists Joel Maes and Katie Maes Sealey.

Janet Lieberg was installed as the association's president-elect. She graduated from Carroll College Dental Hygiene School in 1977 and has been actively practicing for 32 years. She is employed by dentists David and Roger Kiesling and Ingrid McClellan.

Tammy Furlong has joined the styling staff at Studio Styles. She can be reached for appointments at 422-6085.

Wendy Fox, masseuse at Hair Hair Salon & Spa, recently attended Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians workshop in Salt Lake City.
