Shannon Mary Brooke and Joseph Carl Brodersen were married Aug. 16, at the Cathedral of St. Helena.

Shannon is the daughter of Tom and Ann Brooke of Helena. She is a graduate of the University of Montana and Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Ore. Shannon is a doctor in family medicine and a captain in the Air Force completing her residency at Eglin AFB in Florida.

Joseph is the son of Bill and Marcia Brodersen of Tacoma, Wash. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fla. Joseph is a software engineer with the civil service at Eglin AFB in Florida.

Matron of honor was Jessica Duncan. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Brodersen, Anna Brodersen, Julie Cunningham, Kristin Hoenstine and Megan Hough.

Best man was Luke Brodersen. Groomsmen were Mark Brooke, Michael Brooke, Michael Kostelny, Jonathon Sutton and Eric Kasper.

The couple honeymooned at Flathead Lake and Kenya, Africa. They reside in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
