DTB- For your information, the realtor that was "handpicked" does real estate only part time, but he is a builder first and foremost. He does not think he is a business leader, but he is a tax paying citizen that would like to try and get ideas on how to make our economy better in Helena. You sound jealous you weren't asked to attend. How much real estate did you sell last year?????
The article states "business owners and business leaders" met with Tester. The realtor they handpicked does five real estate deals a year and is far from a business leader in our community. What a joke! The city of Helena and the citizens of the USA need a lot better then what Tester is giving us. Tester should spend more time talking to people who are in the know and less times at Jorgesons Bar, Lounge and Casino.
wow, tester on a listening tour. Seems to defy physics when his head is up past his ears in the rear enf of Obama. Maybe he has a new "miracle ear" that can hear through all that crap Obama and his merry band of morons is spewing.
Where was the Senator in August when he should have been "listening" on health care? He and Baucus were non existent when Rehberg held lots of meetings. I guess they didn't want to hear our opinions on health care? Or was it they could not control those town hall meetings by choosing who was there like they did this "listening" session?
I wonder how they got around to comparing job losses in california to people in montana..........a per capita thing or what, first they don't really have any idea how many people are out of work due to if your not on the unemployment rolls there is no count, second there are a lot of people that work and don't have unemployment insurance so how do you count those people
I'd like to thank Senator Tester for the work he is doing for Montana. From being a champion for Montana's veterans to looking for ways to address forest health and create jobs--he has displayed leadership, courage, smarts, and a tireless work ethic.
Thank you Senator Tester. I am proud you represent Montana.
What a charade! Tester is gutless and afraid to meet the public. I called his office just last Friday and asked when he would next be in Helena. They said his schedule is on his webiste. His only schedule is always posted the day AFTER, not before. His office told me they did not know when he would next be in Helena. They took my email and said I would be notified when he would be in town. Imagine my surprise to open today's paper and see this orchestrated "listening session". This is the second time his office has hidden his whereabouts from me when I have had a specific request. The last time his office said they didn't know where he was when in fact he was in Helena that very same day. Sleazy operation he runs.
As for his "listening" session. All participants were hadn picked to to tell him what he wants to hear and have the lackey press report. His little panel said all is basically rosy. Especially Summit Engineering who makes their profit as a part of the military-industrial complex. The empire and wars have left us trillions of dollars in debt. Mayor Smith, Tester and Kidston, a question: We have a thirteen dollar debt to pay and you all say and reprt things are pretty good?
We are broke. WE ARE BROKE. For God's sake, when does the insanity stop?
Listening tour? listening tour my foot, waste of time and money. he will go back to washington and vote like obama and the other demos tell him to vote. a sheep could fill his position, I made the mistake of voting for this jerk thinking maybe he was different and I was wrong.
Thank you Senator Tester. I am proud you represent Montana.
Who traveled to Helena at taxpayer expense instead of taking money out of their six figure paycheck?

Somehow, tester will do like everyother dem - he'll listen and then disregard what the people have to say.
