REINER, William J., 89, of East Helena. Services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 22, from the First Lutheran Church, 2231 E. Broadway. Military graveside honors will follow at the Montana State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Harrison with the Lewis and Clark Veterans Council officiating.
