Where are the city fathers' heads? I don't think they are on top of their shoulders. A friend of mine who owns a business has outgrown his present rented location. He and his partner found a business property for sale inside the city limits. They purchased it and now, due to city hoops they have to jump through, cannot move into it. This business is very environmentally friendly. All they want to do is build a wall in the existing building, but no, permits to do this or any other modifications are not the direction where the city wants to go. No wonder Blue Cross Blue Shield is moving. So I guess the question is: How many more businesses are going to move out before our city fathers pull their heads out?
