The upcoming election is a most important event in American history. Republicans have a record of failure in managing the Iraq war and the economy, while Democrats are pushing for "change" The real question is what kind of change will their maniacal, liberal socialism bring? This is not the time to put the presidency in the hands of a transparent tyro like Barack Obama, who has no significant experience in government or national defense. John Mc Cain has flaws but they do not justify a knee-jerk election of a Democrat for president. The economy cannot afford to keep the promises the Democrats are making. Republican policies have sustained us in past economic crises and their patriotic values are needed in rebuilding America. John McCain holds these values and is our best choice for president.
