Mr. Rainey's letter of July 9 concerning Canadian health care is interesting reading. Unfortunately, as is the case with most individual experience narratives about the Canadian system, it avoids facts, figures, statistics and analysis, and falls into the usual pattern of single experience anecdotes, urban legends and old wives tales.
