North Korea's dictator launched another seven missiles today, in violation of UN resolutions. Earlier this year, they detonated an atomic bomb. Iran recently crushed citizen protests of a clearly rigged election and they hanged nearly a dozen protesters this week. His responses to North Korea and Iran were tepid or non-existent.

Down in Honduras, their Supreme Court and legislature ordered the removal of a president who was trying to become a dictator for life, just like his Venezuelan friend Hugo. Chavez was nice enough to print and send him voting ballots, but threatened to invade when they weren't used. Obama says this wannabe dictator needs to be put back into power, against the will of 95 percent of the population and their constitution.

Last fall, Vice President Biden said that the world would test Obama. How would you grade him so far? Why does he stand idly by when despots the world over are running roughshod over their people? Is it because he doesn't want to be seen as a hypocrite? Rep. Serrano (D-NY) has already started the process to amend the Constitution and allow more than two terms for an American president.
