I believe that House Bill 49 is not a good idea. I do agree that distractions while driving are an unsafe thing; however if you aren't allowed to use cell phones, then you are cut off from communication with other people. In our everyday lives we are busy, our plans change, and if you can't get hold of someone because they are driving, it could result in being late for work, school, etc., and gas. Especially at this time people can't afford it.
