Can’t get a license

I am writing this under duress. Are you tired of our government and their scandalous ways?

I recently purchased a vehicle and went to license it not once but three times only to find that because the previous owner had multiple no-insurance tickets that I cannot. I am being treated like a criminal. We pay our tax dollars to these agencies only to be abused by them. It's been four days and all I get is treated like I broke the law. They want proof of insurance and I have it but still no license plates, is there such a surplus in budget that Montana doesn't need my money? I am treated rudely by city employees when I try to cooperate and that's not right. It seems it would be easier to register a stolen car than one legally purchased. Please let your city and state employees see this. I work hard for my money and think maybe another state would appreciate it more. I am disgruntled and will pursue all avenues to make it known. Crack dealers have more rights than I do and that makes me mad. People of Helena, take notice!
