After the 14th annual Keith Sell Invitational Legion Baseball Tournament started off with a couple of blowouts on Thursday, fans finally got a close game between the Casper Oilers and Edmonton Cardinals in the third matchup of the day.
Marcus Louck's double to right field brought in Eli Ford in the top of eighth as the extra inning affair -- games go to seven during the tournament -- ended in Casper's favor, 4-3.
Ford pitched the full game and was able to get three pop outs in the bottom of the eighth, along with a walk, to secure the win.
Casper held a 3-2 lead into the seventh, but Edmonton's Dan Lang, who doubled to right to get on, would score the tying run on a single by Alex Hill.
Edmonton's extra effort came to an end when Ford singled to left, Sean Robison walked on and Lang flied out before Louck's game-winning RBI.
Loucks finished 2-for-4, Ford 2-4, and Aren Williams 2-4 with a double and a run to lead Casper.
Edmonton's Tom Muhlethaler led his squad, going 2-3 and cracking a home run to score twice.

Butte 7, Colorado 5
Zach Bolton hit a two-run double to cap a big fifth inning as the Butte Miners rallied back for a win over Colorado.
Trailing 1-0 into the top of the fifth, Butte's Bucky Bugni reached on a fielder's choice and would eventually score on a double by Justin Harcharik. Riley Semmens singled and Matt Berg followed right behind to load the bases for Sam Riordan.
Riordan's RBI single put the Miners ahead before Bolton's big hit gave them a 5-1 lead.
Still, Butte would need two more runs in the top of the seventh to hold off the Bobcats.
Bolton walked on and eventually scored the winning run on a throwing error. Alex Briggs hit a double, but a bad throw allowed him to run to third and Bolton to score. Todd Cabrera hit a sacrifice fly to finish the scoring.
Colorado fought back as Jay Rollinson scored two on an RBI single, then reached second on the play.
Matt Berg relieved Riordan, who started the game on the mound, but the change couldn't knock Colorado off course.
Rick Billinger brought Rollinson in on a hit to left field and Jake Gonzales scored Billinger on a ground-out.
Berg was able to get out the next two batters for the save.
Harcharick led Butte at the plate, going 3-4 with two doubles, and RBI and a run. Kissell finished 3-5.
