The Carroll College soccer squad had a big day on both sides of the ball Friday, pounding the University of Great Falls 7-0.

Eileen Brennan had five assists and Valerie Feltz had three goals to lead the Saints.

"We just played amazing today and it was a day where everything was clicking," said Carroll coach Dave Thorvilson.

Brennan found Feltz all three times she scored, including twice in the first half. She also assisted Molly Clark and Hannah Young.

Kate Horak and Young each scored a goal and Clark had two for the Saints, who upped their record to 14-1-1.

"None of these goals was just one person breaking down a position," said Thorvilson. "They were all great goals."

Katie Beall recorded a clean sheet for Carroll, which plays next at home tomorrow against Westminster College at 11:00 a.m. The game will be Carroll's last regular season match before the NAIA regional tournament.

"The thing about today is that we played so well in every position," Thorvilson said. "It was good for us."
