Tinkle to play in WBCA all-star game

MISSOULA (AP) -- Missoula Big Sky senior Joslyn Tinkle is one of 20 players chosen to compete in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association High School All-America game.

The game will be played Saturday in St. Louis at the site of the women's NCAA Final Four. It starts at 3:30 p.m. MDT.

Tinkle, who has a scholarship to play basketball at Stanford, played in the McDonald's All-American game Wednesday at the University of Miami. She scored seven points for the East team, which fell 69-68.

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) -- The Montana rosters for the Montana-Wyoming all-star basketball games, to be played June 12 at Sheridan (Wyo.) College and June 13 at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, have been released. Rosters can be found in the agate to the right.
