To receive proper return credit, please fill out this form completely and submit information every Sunday or Monday. Please submit no later than Monday at noon.
Make sure you fill in your name, account number, and the week beginning with Sunday's date. (The most recent Sunday will be the start for your next set of returns).
Please fill out the draw (number of papers you received) and the return (number of papers you did not sell for that same day).
If you cannot send returns via e-mail then please send the return form via fax or call the Dealer Return Hot Line no later than Monday at Noon.
